I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions I had and even helped me plan my day trips. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, with options like a full English breakfast, and the food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The dining experience was delightful, and the wine selection was surprisingly good. The room I stayed in was a 4-person dorm, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved having my own shower, sink, and bathroom, as well as the option to open the windows for fresh air. The highlight of my stay was the high-end kitchen that was available for all guests. It had everything I needed and more, including free food! this hotel provides a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeds expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It is near the railway station. The position is superb.
If you are not lucky enough, you will meet the noisy roommates. Then you can't sleep well.

Stuff was very friendly, they let us store our luggage till 10 P.M.! Clean.
Rooms are rather small, old tap system is not very convenient, furniture is old, we couldn't close the window in our room. But still the good value for money!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Cambridge, which was conveniently located next to the train station and within a comfortable 15-minute stroll from the town center. The value for money was fantastic, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with individual chargers for each bed. The breakfast offered, although not included in the room rate, was a good option with a variety of cereals and fruit.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

It's the only hostel in Cambridge, and you get the same as in most other hostels. Our room got plenty of light, and we got a fairly good breakfast for 5 pounds. Two bed rooms, which means more privacy and comfort.
The beds were quite narrow - but not uncomfortable. We were a couple and would have liked to put the beds together in our 2 bed room, but we got a bunk bed so bear in mind that is what "twin room" means.

The location of this place is great, as it is right next to a railway station and there is a Pizza Company just a 5-minute walk away, while the Polar Museum is also within walking distance.

Very helpful staff, filling breakfast for only £4.95. 10 to 15 minutes walk to city centre.
Bathroom/shower facilities reminded me of some campsite facilities - very basic, don't forget to take your own towel and toiletries. During peak times the water dried up in the bedroom washbasin.

Efficient, friendly staff.
Very noisy firedoors throughout the night. Could steps be taken to reduce the noise when the doors swing shut ?

This place is the perfect spot for me: it's in a calm area, just a short walk away from the train station and the town center. The service, housekeeping and laundry were flawless. You even get a free welcome drink! The room was spotless and had everything I needed including ironing facilities and free toiletries. I loved the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. Also, the shared kitchen had all the amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, so I could easily do my own laundry. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were cozy and inviting, and the staff were amazing. They were helpful both before and during my stay, making me feel incredibly welcome.
Highly recommended to friends!

It is close to the station and the town. It is cheap
The self catering kitchen we did not like the chairs attatched to the floor.

The facilities were quite good given the context.
The breakfast was basically good. But there were no whole grain options. That is a serious oversight. If it is not possible to do scrambled eggs there could at least be boiled ones.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just a comfortable 15-minute stroll away from the town center and within walking distance from the train station, which is great. The staff were friendly and provided detailed information about parking. The rooms were clean and basic amenities were provided, including ensuite facilities and bunks separated as beds. The breakfast offered, although not included, had a good selection of cereals and fruit.
The only minor downside was that the dorm I stayed in seemed a bit stuffy and there was some noise from a ventilation system or fan. However, overall, everything was fine.

the staff are nice and the rooms are clean
ive stayed here a number of times when visiting cambridge but only because there are no other hostel options. the place is over priced for basic services and wifi and breakfast you pay extra for. all other hostels ive stayed in that arent yha have free breakfast, sometimes free wifi or computers and they are always cheaper with more character. every time i have stayed here numerous toilets and showers are out of order and they put the heating on in the middle of the night, which is extremely uncomfortable if you get a bunk by a radiator
